      We have 'done' the Loire valley several times, but cannot remember visiting Tours. Although it is Sunday tomorrow, there is a bus into the city centre, so we have decided to go and have a look around. we are going to stay here for 2 nights and then make a dash for the Channel!

      Quick update, there was a little bit of snow today!! I was in English Class and my friend suddenly said "Hannah! Look! It's snowing!" (In French). It was raining and snowing too, it was so pretty because it was gentle and in flurries.

      Hi all, So sorry I haven't updated in a while, I have been super busy which is a good thing. I move into my new family's house last Friday and they are so nice. I share a room with my host sister Romane, who is 16. We get on really well. The little brother, Jules, 5, is very talkative and often talks to me a lot.       ... is a lively little place with much happening, lots of cafés and restaurants, a zillion tourists, and quite fun. We decided to lash-out and go to a restaurant, but the first one we chose, right on the banks of the river, and looking excellent, when we got the menu it turns out it was a cocktail bar, and the only food they served was crackers and cocktails..... So, we upped and left and found another around the corner, but Treas clearly wasn't happy, ...
