    Castle overlooks entire city. We cheated and took cab to the top

    ... to go up to Granada, waiting for a sunny snap as the temperatures are much cooler in the mountains. I got to go walking with a local group through Sue and Robbie, a lovely couple travelling around who know this area really well and have given us great tips. The walk was in the moutain we can see from the campsite, and it was a real treat to climb up and around its peaks. Very strange to see it snow in the bar afterwards and then come dowm to bright sunshine by the coast in the same day!!

    ... that's out of our control and in the hands of the Indian embassy. I'll once again be dragging Jed around various parts of Devon and Cornwall where my crazy family reside...add in a few days up in Norfolk and throw in a quick trip to London before we head off again.     ... in the mountains of Malaga". Why? Because they want the whole world to know what a true delicacy these mushrooms actually are! Don't you just love the Spanish? To add more flavour to the programme, they managed to coordinate the last 4 days of their event with the 4 day basketball tournament, Copa del Rey (Kings Cup), just to ensure the Malaga people were truly on fire!
