        So today we decided to adventure to Torremelinos (15 miles south of Malaga), again just because we've heard of Brits going there. This time we have no Aires or ACSI campsites so we’re on our own.

        Drove through Torremelinos, nothing, then the town becomes Benalmadena where we stopped had coffee (proper Spanish stuff!) and went to the Tourist Information office. No campsites here, back ...

        ... we had been in proper sun so we lapped it up, had another long chat before deciding to make our way up the couple hundred stairs to the city centre. We got up despite feeling lost a few times and just wandered around. We were in search of some hair dye (again, apparently the first time last week didn't work??), booze and hopefully a place to eat.         Before I arrived in Malaga my impression was that it was a small and chilled out yet lively beach town, so I booked three nights. Sadly, Malaga is just another general beachside city with nothing in it besides overpriced restaurants. Yesterday I went to the Alcazar which was the palace-fortress of Malaga's Muslim governors back in 1057. There were pretty nice views from the top but that's about it.
