... after a tropical storm and the weather was perfect for our entire stay; mid-twenties and blue skies. For a view of the entire city we paid $21 each to go up to the Sky Deck (roof) of the Mori Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Tokyo, located in the Roppongi area. The 360 view was stunning - the city stretched as far as the eye could see. The ticket also included the entry fee to the Mori Art museum, which had some pretty interesting pieces.

... science. This place was huge! it was stuffed full (scuse the pun) of animal specimins both taxidermy and in jars and such. The place was amazing just wish we could of understood more of it.

In the same park there is also a shrine with huge iron lanterns and a beautiful peony garden... even in the snow and cold it was a beautiful place. Looking forward to getting to Kyoto and seeing more of this.

... folk. The main meeting point, and where we met our guide, is the Hachiko statue (the dog that waited for its master there everyday, even after he died).
