I went to Kaslo to see the Sternwheeler that used to bring the mail, supplies and people across Kootney Lake, before there were any roads or trains. Also, took a free ferry trip across this lake to see more of the scenery. Then I went to the Ainsworth Hot Springs for a dip in the mineral water! After all the days of camping-it was luxury!
