... It might not be quite as extensive as the Canadian prairies, but with an area of 30,000 square kilometers the Serengeti can hold it's own. What's even more impressive is that it is very hard to drive for more than a couple of minutes without seeing wild animals. No wonder the place has made numerous wonders of the world lists.
