I have been scrambling to say the least to try to wrap up the spring term at York (until this afternoon), finish a consulting contract with absolute hard deadline (submitted at 7 p.m.), clean house, and pack before leaving - the normal last minute rush, though maybe even worse than normal.

I'd hoped to have more than a couple of hours to get ready for this trip, but work was crazy (Week 6, in the core of our spring term) and many things conspired to cut my time to prepare for the trip to about an hour on Friday evening - hope I didn't forget anything critical.
