They turned on a propane heater for us and we laid down our thermarests and sleeping bags. Marcus' alarm went off at 04:30hrs, and he was quickly up and out. It's been a really cold night. Can't wait now for the sun to come up and to get the stove on. We climb to over 10,000 feet today so hoping for more good weather and more ...

... etiquette. Our particular site is very uneven so our sleeping bag keeps sliding down. When that is coupled with the usual loss of air in the air mattress, we end up on top of each other in the middle of the mattress at done point. The upside to that is at least we're snuggling & keeping warm! Tomorrow we head down to Grand Teton National Park. We are kicking ourselves for not doing ...

... to wait for us at Warm Springs.
We now started what turned out to be the most beautiful part of the ride! The road started to gently rise into the hills that had been getting continually closer all day. (The top of the continental divide is somewhere up there, and we have to cross it!) The farms around us were fully green, as were the hills we were entering.
