Tomorrow morning we leave bright and early for Niagara Falls, destination #1. We ate well and didn't allow the noise levels (worse than a school canteen) to disrupt our meal.
An early start tomorrow as we move to Boston, on Columbus Day too!

... landscape but also the viewing of the movie "Miracle" about the 1980 Olympic gold-medal-winning American hockey team.

We stopped in Lake Placid around lunch time and had an opportunity to stretch our legs, sightsee, shop and eat. We had lunch with friends at Big Mountain Creperie and Deli, where we were forced to choose from 46 sandwiches, a wall-sized menu. ...
