... and the view from the restaurant was great! The ride through the tunnels was awesome as you would feel the temp. drop as you rode in and then come back up as you rode out. We continued on into Virginia up highway 13 and into Maryland and on into Delaware. Had a little hail and severe rain in Maryland and the rain continued to dog us all the way to the ferry landing. One of the hard parts for us in traveling is the final break from home, to make sure every last minute detail is taken care of, so we often end up leaving in the afternoon and plan on a stop over in the Portland area, just to make that final break away.
