    ... and joy. For the uninitiated, this variety was developed by the University of Minnesota (Ag Research) in the 1960's but fell into complete obscurity. It was scheduled for destruction until one of the researchers gave it another try in the late 1980's.     Good beginning to a long day. We had breakfast, such as it was at the hotel and caught the hotel shuttle to SeaTac Airport. After checking in, and made the trek through security.     August 27, 2014 - warm and sunny.
    Hotel - La Quinta SeaTac

    Our long anticipated trip to Ireland has arrived. The challenge of packing extremely light was accomplished, one 21" suitcase and two backpacks, 2 people, one month! It was a challenge, but the challenge was met -- leave the excess home. I'll have to see how I feel about it a month from now.
