... to drive another way through the Smoky Mountains, to see the start of the Appalachian Trial. Here we walked along the same footpath as the Native American tribes when they were forced from their land, so we did a mile of it and made our way back. Day 18: h2o galore

... and stopping again. This time, for go-karting. It was so much fun racing around in the go karts with the sincere happiness of young children. After we raced, it was time to get back on the bikes but it wasn't long until we got off again, this time for donated Subway sandwiches (thanks Subway!!) and some delicious iced coffee at a nearby local coffee shop.
