Cleaning the bathrooms between 7 and 8? Too early. But, you could catch a bus to town and not need to move the RV. Don't forget to try the Banff Hotel for a drink on the patio....expensive, but beautiful.

Left our pretty place on the river - Daisy May Campground - to head out of the old town of Ft. MacLeod. Daisy May was at a pretty spot but reminds me of Maine where all old equipment is scattered around the place. Maybe there are no dumps! On the way to Calgary we stopped at a very good military air force museum with the Canadian World World II …
Today we left Calgary and headed to Banff. The drive was a short 70 miles through gentle rolling hills that ended at a beautiful National Park and Campground nestled in a valley with several tall mountains around us. ... everything - guns and ammo, sporting, outdoor, clothing etc. Much the same size as Bunnings but a greater variety of ****. Touring these two places took up most of my time for the day. I arrived home at about 1700 hrs for dinner that Rosie had apparently arranged. However she wasn't to get home until about 2330 hrs apparently due to bad traffic. Instead I went out for a sloppy burger at The Eddie Burger Bar in Banff and a beer. This took me to about ...
... Saturday with Nigel and Lorna.
The only other event of the day was getting Harry the Hyundai back from Avis following his tyre problem. We were provided a sporty Velostar turbo following Steve blowing his fuse in the Avis office, whilst the other one was being sorted. The weirdest car we have ever had, three doors???? Couldn't lock it with the key unless we were 20metres away. Sporty baked bean cans!!
