Hi everyone We left Port Angeles, Washington---going for a short day into the rain forest as we've seen and been to a lot of very high mountains and wanted a break from that. ... Today we went into the Hot Springs. There are 3 mineral pools ranging in temperatures from 98 to 107 degrees and then a fresh water pool that is at 78 degrees today. Its pretty warm here for the mountains so the fresh water pool is warmer than usual. ... permanently blown, long yellow seaside grass. Upon arriving, we took the car immediately onto the sandy beach where cars of all rugged levels were beachin' it, big and small alike. We ate lunch looking out into the Pacific Ocean for the first time since leaving Melbourne but from a completely different angle. Slept well, woke up about 8.20.
The sky was blue, sun shining, but there was a change in temp, felt cooler and more comfortable.

We slept in this morning to about 8.20, we actually did an 18 hr day, with our early start and our visit to the show after dinner.The sun was shining and the heat felt more comfortable.
