... was famous for one of my favorite movies called Goonies. I used GPS to find the Goonies house, however before getting close to the house, there were signs re routing me. It said Goonies parking the other way. I get the picture the people in The Goonies House doesn't want people coming near it. ... This is a peregrine falcon. I once saw something on Nature that showed a Snowy Owl who lost a chick. She first mourned. Then she tore it apart to give to the other two starving chicks. In other words survival is THE most important on their minds. That falcon was either hungry (though his crop sure looks full) or it might have been a wayward bird in his territory that he had just killed. You are very lucky to have witnessed this!"
