... a small amount of breakfast, Kate & Roy asked if we wanted to drive into Fredericksburg. Kate and Roy hadn't eaten breakfast yet, so they drove into Johnson City for breakfast and we cleaned up, then met them at the restaurant. After they finished their breakfast, we drove into Fredericksburg and walked around a little and did a little shopping. On the way back to the campground, we stopped at Circle E candles so Kate could buy some candles and the Wildflower Farm ...
... Guadeloupe River. The view is wonderful and there are trails to hike, which I intend to do in the morning.
The only eventful thing to happen today was we picked up a nail in one of the tires on the Honda. Thanks to my handy I-Phone, we found a place to fix it and it took 15 minutes and $15.00. Eazy-Peazy!
Well, here we are at Miller Creek in Johnson city. This is the site of our Sep Renegade rally. So far there are three couples here, but it's only Monday. More will be coming in all the way til Thursday. Think this is going to be a small rally, according to the office, there are only 17 coaches reserved at this time. We arrived about 3pm, back into the heat. We are using the air conditioner for the first time in 2 weeks.

Driving in the USA can be confusing at times but generally its just like back home,albeit on the wrong side. The posted speed limit seems to be just a suggestion as most people go 5-10 mph over so if your going slow be prepared to be passed by everyone. ...
... clown who kept the crowd laughing even before the show started. At every show we went to Giselle and the kids sat in the splash zone. Jeff, Dad and I wanted no part of that. Poor Michael wanted to get wet at every show but the whales would always miss them! Finally at the last show we attended they got drenched. Michael was so pleased! It was a long, hot, hot day but a wonderful day in spite of it. I am sure the kids will remember it ...
