    ... In Thailand they don't worry about getting everyones food out at the same time so some people finish their meals before others even get theirs. There it was also pretty confusing so some people ate the wrong meals, no one cared though and everyones belly was full. We then went to the strip of bars down the road a bit.     ... need another taxi connection to the west side of the island but it is fairly chaotic as no one speaks English and there are no signs. I show the written name and address off Sea Breeze Hotel to a driver, he throws our luggage on the roof of his songtheaw. Others soon have their luggage launched skywards and when we are overloaded by 3 too many passengers ( who have to stand on the rear step clinging to the roof rack all the way) we're off.

    ... be water buffalo, I decided to stretch my budget and ordered a steak. I can honestly say it was one of the best tastiest steaks that I have ever had. Who would have thought this would be in a little island of Thailand.

    After 5 days of chilling on the beach we are heading back to Bangkok with plans of heading to Ayutthaya for some culture and temples. The trip back was not too bad and we even had a couple of good movies to watch on the bus.

    ... That and don't kill ourselves. I had said I wasn't going to ride these but after seeing everything from families up to 4 - 5 and what looked like 80 year old grandmothers driving them, my male pride and tight pocketbook is overriding my sense of self preservation. Time will tell if this is a wise move or not.
