Haven't explored the area Southwark yet but have been enjoying the walk to & from work. Especially when I saw the crush of people at the entrance of the station waiting to get on the Tube this morning. So will make the most of walking while I'm based at Leicester Square.

I was in Kensington for the Expo so I decided to go past The Bakery to say hello on the way home - the place I used to live!

... for tit bits..we observed dozens around the pathways and in the soft lush lawns..
Last portion of our bus tour leaves us at Victoria station area.. It is here we visit the Apollo Victoria theatre to see a live performance of "Wicked" the musical. Still playing to full houses twice Daily, the professionalism and individual talents of the cast makes it world class & successful.. Costumes alone are magnificent! Voices incredible.

... we went! And wow did Brick Lane not disappoint we had an amazing meal and a fabulous afternoon! We returned to Brendan's (note to selves - keep your Oyster card) where the house was full of excitement as the group heading to Croatia had arrived, after a delish BBQ, a few drinks and started it get to know the group we will be spending the next week with! With that we were off to bed excited for the next adventure - Sail Croatia! P.S We are still best ...
