    On Monday, September 8th we drove down through Yellowstone to Grand Teton National Park and found that most of the campgrounds in the Tetons also seemed to be full.     ... called Firestone Resort. It's by far the most expensive we've encountered. Nice, but nothing special, its all about the location. Jackson is a playground for the rich, and therefore prices are high.
