        We had a quick breakfast and then hooked up the camper which went much better than usual. What an amazing drive from Gro Ventre to Signal Mountain today. We saw buffalo on the road and stopped at the Snake River overlook which was a spot that was photographed by Ansol Adams. Today you can not get that same iconic photo as the trees are too tall and …

        ... on Sacajawea. They had invited an author and the guy was a wonderful storyteller. He told about the entire Lewis and Clark expedition and the important role of Sacajawea. He also shared many of the challenges she faced as a child sold into slavery, her difficulties during childbirth just prior tot he expedition, and various illnesses (and cures) that she suffered.
