    ... in Tupper Lake and dry everything out. Turns out they used to make a lot of tongue depressors in Tupper Lake. Also took the opportunity/ made the mistake of going to see the movie Pacific Rim in a small theatre. Not much of a movie but so it goes. The roads and drivers in New York have been the best so far.     Today we headed for Vermont. We took a ferry from Essex, NY to Charlotte, VT to cross Lake Champlain. About 5 minutes after getting off the ferry we arrived at the Vermont Wildflower Farm. Unfortunately it was closed July 8 - 11 so we couldn't go in the gift shop or take a tour which of course didn't stop Fred from climbing over the rope and taking himself on a tour (I just enjoyed the view from the parking area).     ... were quickly recruited by some local girls who were going to see a local band, so we tagged along with them and ended up staying out until the very wee hous of the morning.

    I was supposed to leave Burlington the next day, but thanks to a kille hangover and the sorest thighs I've ever had, I spent an extra day hanging around the lake with Stefan and our new friends beforeboarding yet another bus and making tracks for Canada.
