We hiked a normal day until around 3 when we noticed terribly dark clouds forming on the ridge and suddenly bench camp with its wide open spaces and fire ring were looking highly appealing.       ... classes start tuesday and I hope with that my life will be more normal as well. Once my residents find a rhythm I will be able to step back a bit and move forward with other things. The beginning of the year is always a fun time and makes me feel that the rest of the year will zoom by. Next month there will be more to tell with classes, Intervarsity, Mortar Board and just my experiences in general. Miss you all!!!

      Afterwards, we managed to hitch a ride with John's brother, back to Big B. We quickly made lunch and grabbed our gear for a half day on the slopes with John, Becky, Jason, Todd and Kurt.
