Well Stan got the plumbing fixed. Good to be handy and able to do that in a shopping centre parking lot.
We went back to the strip for more walking around and a bit of gambling. Go figure.

Well we had coffee at McD's but they didn't have wifi so that lets them out for future business. We took the shuttle and went to downtown Vegas. As luck would have it, streets were closed for the Martin Luther King parade - not sure if it their holiday for him or what - have to research it later. ... the show we went to a Wolfgang Puck restaurant (Top Chef again) and had great pizza, pasta and dessert. We ventured down the strip and went up the Eiffel Tower (I may never get to do the real one!) and luckily the Bellagio Fountains went off while we were up there. Overall Vegas was a riot for the senses and again highlighted the highs and lows of life much more vividly than anywhere we have been. Clean bathrooms and showers, nice pool. Friendly staff. Close to stores and restaurants.
