    We got up at 2:30 in the morning to start our EPIC road trip of a lifetime! Then we hit the road at 3:15 and it was smooth sailing to Chicago. Annalena had no problem sleeping for the majority of the drive, and the rest of the time she was happy and excited to be in the car. It was a great start to our trip.

    ... as he recalled. It looks like quite a pretty city in the downtown area with a river running through it and a little weir/falls under one bridge but also was pretty empty. Now, of course it is Sunday but still.
