    ... petrol station, the whole bit. Interestingly the housing estates have no fences and so it looks like everyone lives in a park setting (see photos).     ... a walk around the KOA swimming pond before the thunderstorm struck. We did our rain dance on the Kabin porch, pleading with the Rain Gods to wash away the stifling humidity. Inside the cabin with the AC blaring, we continued our game of Rummy to infinity and beyond.

    We got up at 2:30 in the morning to start our EPIC road trip of a lifetime! Then we hit the road at 3:15 and it was smooth sailing to Chicago. Annalena had no problem sleeping for the majority of the drive, and the rest of the time she was happy and excited to be in the car. It was a great start to our trip.

    ... and Geraniums hanging from attractive light poles and in front of many shops, and even larger ceramic pots of mixed plantings dot the street. Now several of the cafés have outdoor seating and the street has benches at intervals. As before, there are a large number of antique and gift shops some of which are only open 4 days pw but the little town appears to be thriving and we find a few little treasures in one such large shop.
