    ... interesting array of tools that were used on the farm. The painting on the side of the barn had a good story as well. It was painted by Harley Warrick, who painted the slogan for the chewing tobacco company for 55 years. He actually painted over 20,000 barns in his lifetime.

    Sunday morning - attended Harvest Lancaster. What an amazing service?! About a dozen baptisms with some incredibly powerful testimonies! Just to hear how God had transformed their broken lives was beautiful. Apparently a regular occurrence. How encouraging?! We set out westward towards Wheeling, West Virginia.     ... spectacular. With such low humidity, the views in the Allegheny Mountains were breathtaking. The visibility was miles and miles, specifically when driving through the passes.     Yikes. Began driving at 4AM this morning, from DeMoines Iowa. Then Illinois then Indiana and because traffic was backed up for hours around Chicago we took a 100 mile detour into Michigan and stuck our toes in Lake Michigan. Then Ohio. Nay the navigator went to sleep at 9. That accounts for my promptly going going the wrong way, towards Lima instead of Columbus. Another 100 mile detour before I stumbled across an actual detour.
