Clean, clean, clean!

It rained all night! Guess that's what made sleeping better, even Bob since he didn't get up until after 5.

It's been cloudy and drizzly all day, so it was a good day to clean and do laundry. I guess I need to do the same thing once we return to our S&B house, esp since we're having company the middle of Oct and since our S&B house is much bigger than this one, it will take all that time!

We stopped at Farley's for a bite to eat on the way back home. It's pretty much a sports place since they have TVs everywhere with all sorts of sports, but they also have pool tables and darts. We sat outside since it is very loud inside and we are all "old".

Not sure what the plan for tomorrow is, guess we'll wing it. See you then.

... an extra "zo" was added to the end for emphasis to tell of the abundance of the plant. We walked around the town, which took a whole maybe 10 minutes due to stopping to take pictures. The donkeys on the buildings are for decorations. Guess it was like the time San Antonio had all those painted horses on the street corners.

After leaving Carrizozo, we made our way to White Oaks. White Oaks is now pretty much a ghost town, but at it's hey-day was something! Gold ...
