Waking up early in the morning with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach was a great experience for us. In fact it inspired us to put on our running gear and go for a quick jog on the beach. With all the best intentions Carla's run turned out to be a little quicker then expected as it turns out that her pregnancy and running don't seem to mix well together ( I'm still a bit suspicious about this but Carla is standing by ...

We arrive at The Ancient Redwoods RV Resort and the first thing we see is the Redwood Truck. Very Cool! We set up and settle in. Then, we see a woman walking a large poodle and realize our friends from Nature Coast Landings, Linda and Vaughn, are staying in the same park! Coming out again, Lavinia takes the camera as I drive through the tree once more, so we can get photos to prove we have done it! William is keen to join me, so he gets a treat in sitting in the front seat with Daddy.

Parking once more, we walk around the park a little bit. There is a large pond, and a couple of other guests point out that ...

Another lovely day. Managed to get on the road by 10.00am this morning, even though we were aiming for 9.30am. Time just seems to get sucked up when you are on holiday. Our first stop was at the entrance of the RV park. There was a big tree called the Eternal Tree because it had survived a lightning strike, a loggers axe, a forest fire and a flood and it was still growing strong, The next stop was the ...
