The last day
... was something going on above the hotel. A sprint out the way and a look up revealed two guys hanging off the roof on the guttering breaking off ice, big chunks of which were crashing down! Just check the photos out! So the final hour's before leaving for the airport was an opportunity to do a bit of shopping for some presents and things to bring home. ... with a toad. Then the motorhome pitches up, gets the awning out and parks car under the awning - didn't realise that's what they're for. I thought the awning was for those warm sunny days when you sat out in the evening with a barbie and a gallon or two or wine. Pehaps I'm being a big optimistic about the evenings in the UK!!!

Doing nothing all day
