... expectations set high we went to see the 'World of Color' (sic. as the Americans spell it). Again not knowing what to expect the show was a huge array of water jets in the middle of the lake on Paradise Pier. Light was projected onto the jets of water making a display of video appear while in sync with a soundtrack while the water jets were lit up with amazing color (sic.). Absolutely stunning.
... so she had to pass on the next ride which was "Jurassic Park". I had a stylish rain poncho, so I was more willing to get on this river adventure than I usually would be with wet rides. It was mostly a lot of cruising through power stations and getting squirted by animatronic dinosaurs. But of course it ended with a drop down a river rapid ramp in typical water ride style. After two nights on the train we were ready for a REAL bed so a couple of night's at my sister Colleen's house in San Jose (an hour's drive south of San Francisco) was perfect.
