Great location, great price. Ranger programs on site every evening for kids, and close to Platte River and Lake Michigan

      ... YES!!

So tomorrow my adventure begins. I'm leaving at 7:30am January 12, 2015 Eastern Standard Time, and arriving at 5pm January 14, 2015 Auckland Time. I will never see the day January 13, 2015. How weird is that?! It's a long time to be traveling, but it will all be worth it when the wheels hit the tarmac in Auckland. There are so many lovely people to meet and so many incredible places to see!

We spent a rainy Tuesday driving up and back down M22, visiting wineries and shopping the boutiques and gift shops. Following dinner at Blue Tractor in Traverse City we traveled back across on 31 to our campsite at Platte River Campground. I am feeling so blessed to be enjoying this time with ...

This morning we drove the RV from Caledonia to Lake Ann where Steve and Jill and family live. Steve and Jill had a "field trip" planned for the day in the RV. What a fun way to travel with four grandkids and four adults! The grandkids called the RV the moving livingroom as they were able to sit at the table and color, look at books and have snacks. We traveled to Jakes Corn Maze where we picked apples, traveled through ...
