    A must see and tour around... don't miss going to Leland and the Cove restaurant at the Fisherman's Warf area.

    Great location, great price. Ranger programs on site every evening for kids, and close to Platte River and Lake Michigan

    ... Bill to the 1st floor Rehabilitation Ward into a room shared with another patient who also had brain surgery. He had his 1st Physical Therapy (PT) on Tuesday. Two hours of PT and one hour of Speech/Cognitive Therapy (ST) in the morning, followed by another hour of PT and one hour of Occupational Therapy (OT) in the afternoon. OMG! During the 1st hour of PT, the angel therapists got Bill to move his previously paralyzed left ...

    Bill & I had a great time at dinner with Bill's family at Pearl's last evening. We were served by our favorite waitress Jen. Bill had his favorite Rib Eye steak and savored every bite. After dinner, he MADE me drive him to Village Market to pick up his favorite Dove chocolate-chocolate bars. He ate two and I ate one bar. Yum!

    We got very little sleep as both of us had a restless night. I was up at 2:30 AM and Bill got up at 3:00 ...

    ... America's choice of "The Most Beautiful Place in America" and voted one of America's Top 10 Family Destinations by Family Fun Magazine-2012. Austin & Cory had a blast running up and down the various sand dunes we stopped at while touring the Park. We stopped for dinner out and then headed home. Plans were made to conquer the 450' sand dune run tomorrow. It stays light so late, it’s hard to get to bed much before 11 PM!
