... to Carlsbad Tavern, a Tex-Mex place back in town. This part of the southwest is known for its dishes that feature the Green Chili pepper. Jeremy ordered the Osso Bucco (with green chili mashed potatoes), I ordered the enchiladas (one with red Asada and one with chicken and green chili), and mom got blue corn enchiladas.
