... thought of getting on one sends me into a panic, but I did it! We clambered on board and gently set off into the middle of the lake. Only a few minutes into the trio we spotted the state bird, a loon, and a bald eagle! I even managed to drive the thing without a panic attack, proud day! This was almost a 500 mile "Day Trip" but it was a beautiful drive, especially since they had a good snow fall last night!! Plus we needed a distraction today after the kids left!!
