          ... s see..gorgeous fall leaves all around the shore line, parking at the front door, BBQ on the deck, fireplace, great sunset , about 20 m (they would say yards) to a place to fish, moose reputed (but not yet seen) nearby and a bottle of red ready to open.

          ... of old boys out by the fire...this is bird hunting season, and the last weekend for fishing.....a sportsman's cell phone coverage....just about as remote as you can get in the US!

          The dinner was great, as was the breakfast. We watched the hunters disappear in their camouflage ATVs with the guns on the side, and the dogs on the back......hilarious....

          ... spectacular, the lakes and rivers so still they were like mirrors, and more and more pick-ups were seen on the roads. We passed some beautiful covered bridges and saw some amazing tracks for hiking.

          Arriving in Errol, a tiny town, we were a little worried about our accommodation for the night. Finding The Errol Motel, our fears increased slightly but the hotel could not have been more comfortable or clean and the owner more friendly. The owners ...

          Needing gas I pulled into a Gulf station....ugh...$3.20 A GALLON FOR HIGH TEST.... guess it's so high because they are next to the is what it is when the reserve light is on. We are now on VT 114 and tracing the VT/CN border for awhile before turning south on VT114. This is some spectacular riding in the Northeast Kindom (NEK) of VT. Eventually VT114 turns south through the Kingdom State Forest....another well protected and beautiful piece of NE ...
