Great location directly across from the sand dunes leading down to Cable Beach. One of the more expensive parks along the west coast so far but facilities good and kids love having the pool. Plenty of trees but small sites

Great place to stay. Only complaint is that it's $50 per night, which is a bit excessive.

Very well situated park, easy walk to Cable Beach, cafe, tavern etc. Sites are small for large vans but many have good shade.

          Crunch of dusty gravel

Well located, easy walk to Cable Beach. Sites are a bit hemmed-in and on a gravel surface that gets raked everyday sending up plumes of dust - why? Amenities are the standard old, worn and of dubious hygiene. Pool is quite nice & good temperature but whole area could do with a make-over. Mum and dad stayed in a cabin that was very basic - think site shed with worn old bedspread and linen circa 1985. Disappointing considering the cost.

Only been here a day but seems OK. I think Broome CV parks have got it all their own way and need some real hurry up and a bit more competition. The fact that there is not a CV park here that will take pets is backward (not that we have one) and there seems to be rules that only favour the park owners and lets not talk about the price. As I said they need some competition. They couldn't get away with this anywhere else in Aust and the place is not that unique.

We've got a powered site, nice and shady and large enough to have the shade up next to the trailer and the car beside. Lots of BBQ's scattered through the park, and nice big clean shower/toilet blocks

We loved how this park was so close to Cable Beach, pubs and the beach front restaurants... the pool was ok, the sites were gravel, ant infested and the ablution blocks were less than satisfactory, not even providing soap!! It could be so good, we were dissappointed.

Today was another day of relocation, leaving 80 Mile Beach with one of their delicious and fresh home-baked loaves of bread (another good reason to visit 80 Mile Beach) to eat on the road as we set off for Cable Beach.

Less than 5 hours later and we have struck perfect weather - sorry Melbournians - 32 degrees here. The kids immediately …

Today we woke up nice and early and headed down to Gantheaume Point. Since lots of dinosaurs roamed Broome such as the Megalosoropus Broomensis, at very low tide you can see dinosaur footprints. Unfortunately the tide was coming in and all of the footprint-imprinted rocks were underwater. The bright side though was that it was really cool to see …

Today we woke up, slathered on some sunscreen and jumped in our beach bathers. Before leaving for the beach we said goodbye to Nic, Bart, Emily and Jack because they were heading to Cape Leveque. We soon headed down to Cable Beach and hired some boogie boards from the 'Beach Hut'. The waves were huge and Jacko did two accidental backflips. The best …

Today we had a big sleep in until 9:00am (11:00am in Vic)! We drove down to Cable Beach and while us Lee's hired a surfboard the Wunderlich's hired two boogie boards. We were allowed to catch 5 waves each. Liv went first and caught 2 waves. I went afterwards but got sick of it soon after. Jacko only had a few turns before he decided to play with …

Today we chilled by the pool for most of the day. Mum went shopping until lunch time and dad went for a drive in the afternoon. Liv and Emily barely got out of the pool for the whole day and Bart and Nic went out for dinner so we organised dinner for Emily and Jack (pies, chips and salad) and we all watched Eddie the Eagle on the chairs outside the van until they got home.
