One Day Stopover
We traveled from Winslow, Arizona to Page, Arizona and stopped at Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument along the way. It was interesting to see how much of this part of Arizona was once covered by active volcanoes and cinder cones. We spent the night in Page with just one more day of travel to reach our destination in Utah.

The Grand Canyon
Today we saw the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately when we got there, the view wasn't very good. There were four or five forest fires that were burning in the area, so the canyon was filled with smoke. Today our first destination was Lake Powell. After we packed up the camper, we headed over. On the way there we saw the world's second largest steel bridge.
