A nice sunny warm day in Chicago. We spent all day in the parks, coffee shops and a pub. Everywhere we went there were buskers. Full bands with drum kits, bass and lead guitars, trumpets etc. and they are really GOOD! We caught the El to find the greyhound station (without luggage) as we would need it tonight (blue line, alight at Clinton station btw) . Took some sunny pictures to replace the ...

Early 4 am start to the day! We flew to Denver, then on to Minneapolis. Arrived early and both flights were smooth. While in the airport we had conversations with several other groups also headed out on this Great Adventure. People from Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, South Dakota, Arizona. 1st up, the maze. This was much more fun than we anticipated and took us about 41 minutes to complete where the average was 45 minutes so we did a bit better than the average. We split up into 2 teams, boys vs. the girls. The boys won of course but the girls were literally only a few seconds behind.

Up 2nd, we stopped by a not well published place called the Iowa Trolly Park.

... a really good time and good people to boot!

Attended services Sunday at the local Methodist Church and afterward at the coffee and cookie clutch met a young couple who happened to work at Winnebago for some 20+ years. Small world! During our discussion, we found that Winnebago is struggling filling positions with their production workforce at a starting wage of $12.30 per hour. Wow!
