Up very early for flight from Jackson to DFW then home. Girls are getting dropped off in St Louis at their Dad's then Charley is home to Dublin. Hopefully their travel will be ok. Why is it that lately I have been having meals with hot stuff (today Breakfast - Salsa. Supper - Bloody Mary), snot steaming out my right nostril and I never learn...bring tissues with you!

Finally I had my first great supper at Porkies Barbecue (photo attached) where I had a very smoky 1/4 ribs and chicken. I was stuffed and happy when I had finished. :-)

... I love the climb. I think I love it more than the flat roads. After that initial 7 miles, it was mostly rollers (rolling hills where you mostly coast and do a little climbing) and flats. It turned into a brutal, hot afternoon. My tan line, by the way, is horrible; I look absolutely ridiculous. Rode all afternoon by myself.
