... Turned out to be Cod, so now we know we like Cod.
We then finished off the night with another pool comp, same teams but I played much better tonight and jack and I won 3 of the 4 games. Jack was wrapped with the result and frequently used his latest phrase for anything good happening "Bingo".
Funny kid!
Heading to Anaheim tomorrow, via Santa Monica. Looking forward to staying somewhere for a few days in a row.

There's just one town ...

... br> We had great escort coverage today as the local San Luis Obispo sheriffs and CHP led us through the Cal Poly SLO campus and directly into downtown SLO. Our 4 riding groups rode together from the Grammar school into SLO....it was one long train of over 200 cyclists, support vehicles, police cars with lights and sirens.....and we didn't stop at a single red light...it was awesome.

... the film about the building of this magical place. It took 27 years to build, mainly thanks to WRH changing his mind. We stopped off at a nearby viewing place to watch the elephant seals on the beach. Hundreds of them dozed and lazed on the sand, occasionally flicking sand over themselves. Were they dreaming or keeping themselves cool. A couple of bull seals were having a stand-off by the shoreline. With time to kill I turned off the road ...
