It is only $40 (with a 10% AAA discount) a night for an upgraded site with full hook ups. I think you could get some standard sites with full hookups for about $30. We had a big blow come through the desert with sustained winds at 40mph and gusting to 60. We decided to stay another night in Vegas and let it blow itself out. I've driven this rig in high winds before, on the 5 over the Grapevine, and it is no fun. So Utah will have to wait another day.

Our first leg of the trip - Bakersfield to Las Vegas- took us about 6 hours.
