    The best

my family and i have stayed at many cabins in the pigeon forge area and nothing compares to Oak Haven. they are the best by far, clean and well maintained cabins. I will never stay anywhere else.

    Almost heaven

We recently stayed at Oak Haven Resort for the second time. I would not hesitate to go back. The cabins are beautiful and the surrounding woods are so very peaceful. This is my idea of heaven. We will be returning again and again.

    Oak Heaven!

My husband and I just got back from a long weekend stay in one of the cabins at Oak Haven Resort. We decided to stay there based mainly on the very positive reviews we'd seen about it on this website. I have to admit that Oak Haven Resort lived up to everything others said about it. It's in a nice, scenic location in Sevierville that is away from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to take in all the attractions and restaurants there. Once we arrived, the check-in was fast and the office staff were very efficient and nice. The cabin was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations, even after what we'd read by previous reviewers. The cabin was beautiful and well maintained, we loved the porch with the hot tub and rockers and swing, and the view was just as pretty as could be. We used the gas grill on our cabin porch both nights, and the kitchen in our cabin had everything we could want in terms of appliances, plates, etc. And "old kids" like us enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables located in the very nice game room on property! We love staying in cottages and cabins when we vacation, and our cabin at Oak Haven Resort was the nicest we've ever experienced. My husband and I can't say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be returning to Oak Haven Resort!!!

    A Tremendous Place To Stay!

The setting of the cabins at Oak Haven Resort, high among the hills, gives you a birdseye view of the Little Pidgeon River. On the mornings of the two days I spent there, fog settled in the river valley and the sky glowed pink above the mountain ridges just before sunrise. Don't miss the sunrises! The cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. I was surprised by the amenities of a gas grill and a washer and dryer. The cabin's screened-in porches made relaxing outside an entirely bugless experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd suggest you review photos of the various cabins on their website before you select your cabin, this way you can see exactly where you'll be staying. One unique feature in the cabins are journal books filled with comments of previous renters. Besides providing suggestions on area attractions that shouldn't be missed, the pages include the stories of the people and the occasions that brought them to stay at Oak Haven Resort. The saying, 'If these walls could talk...' becomes real through the writings in the journal books. Most of the stories are poignant and touching. Oak Haven Resort is a great place where, like other TripAdvisor reviewers, I look forward to returning. If you stay there, you will not be disappointed! Two thumbs up, way up.

    Total relaxation....Wonderful cabin!!

You have it all when you stay at the Oak Haven Resort. It's quiet and peaceful, but yet minutes drive and you are in the "HUB" of all the action. The cabin was wonderful and so homey. We hated to leave. The pool and the view are great also. Don't spend your money in a hotel..get a cabin away from home and you will not regret it at all.

    Fun for the whole famiily!

Oak Haven is a wonderful place to take your family. This past fall my family & I had the joy of spending a week at Oak Haven. It was perfect for all of us! Our children loved the playground fit for all ages. They also had fun playing in the community gameroom above the pool area.

They tired themselves out while we relaxed by the pool. Our only complaint is that we could not stay long enough!!:)

    Number one in my book!

My family also visited there 2 years ago and it was greaat! I'm going back this year. I had forgotten the name until I came across some maps I had printed the last time we were there. We visited in the off season and they upgraded us to a much larger cabin for the same price! It was too much! We did tip the cleaning crew more because it was a larger place and they would be tipped more normally for that cabin, but that was it!

    Tranquil and Serene

My family and I fully enjoyed our stay at Oak Haven Resort the pictures from there internet site don't do the cabin enough justice. It was everything it showed and then alot more. The staff were great and the picturesque views are unbelievable. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is thinking of going to the Smoke Mountains. We did all the sites and then came back to our cabin for a relaxing night of family and fun. What a great way to spend our vacation, hope you will to.

Oakhaven is excellent place to stay

Oakhaven is a beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing. Secluded, but yet close to everything. Staff is excellent. Great place to relax with family. You can prepare your meals in your cabin or you are close enough to many restaurants to slip out to eat. Grocery store is also close by. We have stayed three times over the last several years and plan on returning this summer. Would highly recommend Oakhaven. Accomodations are superior! Resort is very well maintained.

    A great getaway

We have been to Oak Haven several times since it open and we love it. All you need is your food and you are all set. Great place to rest and relax and you probably won't want to leave your cabin!!!!!! Nice for a family or just you and your better half lol,If you get a chance visit Oak Haven!!!

Blue ridge parkway in the smoky mountains. Rode a stretch that was so narrow and as tight as anything on the dragon. Kent started the day with his shirt on backwards! Ha!! Cool up in the mountains , had to pull out a jacket! Great day! Heading out tomorrow back to Kentucky starting ...

... how much Virginia drivers suck. It's like they have no idea whats going on. Virginia is not for lovers, its for bad drivers.

    2) I prefer the road when there is little to zero other cars. It is just way more enjoyable, and Toby likes it better when I don't have to turn off cruise control every few minutes.

    3) The south is really pretty, even when cloudy! But, boy can it rain hard!

    4) I think Toby only likes to ...

Started early. Went to Starbucks then topped off at Supercharger. Stopped to charge at Tifton and Macon GA (where an ICE was in charging space) before arriving in Atlanta about 12:30. Chargers are located in Atlantic Station parking lot. About 20 chargers and half full. Never seen so many Teslas!! Had lunch there then scrambled to get out of Atlanta before traffic. Beautiful day and great time and drive until I pulled ...

... and Kids. We reached the visitors centre where left the car, we took the tram/bus into Gatlinburg which was so very busy due to the July 4th celebrations. There were lots of gift shops and many places to eat. There does not appear to be anything left of the old town. We decided to go on the ski lift which we enjoyed even though Maggie does not like heights, Realising we felt hungry we stopped at a famous ...

... even during day time) it ends up in a traffic jam. Well, not quite our understanding of a National Park, and it seems strange to send miles and miles of cars through the forest, polluting the air. Jeanny and the kids decided walking, and were faster than me in the car.
