We stopped in Munising along the 28 Highway to get some things to cook for dinner then we carried on along side Lake Superior where we found a nice scenic spot with a table so we could cook our dinner. There was a bit of fog hanging over the lake but it was still a beautiful evening.. We stopped for about an hour ...

We recommend Presque Isle campground for its scenery and lack of biting flies (which were at Plague levels in Union Bay the night before - huge price for access to showers:). There are also backcountry cabins and yurts you can ...

... radius. Bogie enjoys doing “Albino Runs” where we cruise back roads looking for white deer; we always seem to end-up at the Ice-Shanty in Boulder Junction where they serve pup-cups (soft ice-cream with a dog biscuit in the centre).

I have now paid off my fishing licence. We are currently having fish meals, mainly Pike filets, about three times a week. On the last trip to Sandborn Lake we hit our ...
