... at Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound. A staple of the maine coast, lobster pounds are somewhere between roadside restaurants and shacks. You walk in point to the lobster(s) you want, they're placed in a cooking sack and off they go to woodfired pots filled with saltwater. And they're cheap. And delicious. We split a large lobster, who given the choice, probably wished we hadn't, potato salad and wild blueberry pie.
