    ... Falls (Venture Resort). While the pictures appear to be nice and all when you actually arrive you will be given a very rude awakening. Furniture is broken or nasty, hot tubs do not work or have not been cleaned, cabin appears to be wiped down but not cleaned, beds are old and uncomfortable and there is no kind of assistance once you begin to voice a complaint. Never again will I even utilize these cabins. the General Manager, Mr. Billy Parris should speak to me himself ...
