Both underwires set the alarms off so both of us were frisked & backpacks checked! Note to self, bra not to be worn when flying in Greece! Purchased an espresso & choc muffin while we sat at B26 gate. Bus pulled up & ...

... shapely rock is the statue, Venus de Milo. That well-rounded and armless synonym for beauty was discovered here. Technically the marble for the statue was quarried from nearby Paros but the lady stood here in ancient Milos around 100 BCE, it is thought, as decor for a gymnasium. There is a suggestion that another boat will take it`s place, which is good as otherwise it will be Super Jet for our next 2 legs and that means a fair bit more expense and a dodgy trip if the weather is any worse than calm.

... br> Coincidentally, as we were coming back, there was another super motor boat in the marina. It was the Zaliv III (google it) . We took a closer look at it, and it was sensational. Theres the Rich, and then the mega rich. Well it is now 10.50pm and we have a 5 am start for our 48nms trip to Santorini. Hopefully we will be there by lunchtime, and we can get a mooring. They do not take bookings, and usually it is very busy this time of the year.
