    ... destination today was Cougar Mountain Zoo - in Issaquah ( This is a small zoo - which Kerrie wanted to visit primarily for the fact that they have a large number of Macaws on display - including some Hyacinth Macaws.     Epilog – The long and wonderful life of Gus Schlepp

    Gus' wonderful life came to its end on October 31st 2014 at 8 am. He was 91 years old and died peacefully at his home in Sammamish, Washington with Gwenn by his side as he took his last breaths.
