    ... the anticipated help of the guide riding with me. We did 12 runs. Starting "low and slow " --ha!!- each platform was very safe. We were hooked in each time with a staffer ready to protect us.     ... stay back in place and lately it's been feeling a little out again. Along with a backpack on my shoulders nearly 24/7 and achy knees from lots of hiking everywhere I look and go....
