... were soaking in all the sights and sounds of Universal! Chinese fireball and Hungarian horn tail were great! Almost lost my crocs! The kids did the ride twice! Day 9 – Kennedy Space Centre

Today we slept in till after 9.30 but still decided to go to the Kennedy Space Centre. We didn't get there till almost 2pm by the time we got going (plus it was 1 hrs away). We missed out on the "up close" tours to go into areas where they actually build the rockets/shuttles (they were sold out by 10am), so had to just do the normal bus tour. It took us up close to the launch pad, and then to the Apollo Saturn ...

... people swimming past us whilst feeding the birds I was anxious to get in the water. We swam round the lazy river, it was like swimming through the jungle or rainforest, and the water was really warm.



Before long it was our turn to swim with the dolphins, and the water was freezing, but it was worth it because I got to kiss ...
