... hike of the day. Borestone Mountain is located in Monson, Maine, just several miles outside of Greenville. The top features a west and east peak that offer sweeping views of Maine mountains, plains and lakes. Actively on the hunt for wildlife, we saw nothing more than chipmunks and birds, but enjoyed the most beautiful colors fall has to offer. The hike took around four hours which put us back in Bangor around 7:30pm (plus ...

There are two ice hockey categories for university in America, so the competition is pretty fierce and Maine has a really great team. It was so fun ...

    ... god for that.
Mum did a good job at driving. It took us 1.5 hours to get to Portland. The hotel was really nice and fancy. The rooms looked over the harbor and everyday there was a new cruise ship to look at, along with other boats. It was great to be so close to the water and to ear the seagulls! It was peaceful.

We went out to a few bars and out for dinner. After walking around we ended up at an Indian restaurant. ...

... it was a big night.

Anyway it was great to see mum and dad. We showed them around the university and they
wanted to know where the pool was so they could do laps. Dad has not been able to do any swimming in 4 days so he was keen to get going. Mum and dad will not go back to Dubai. They said it was far to hot and not much to do. They enjoyed New York, but needed more time so properly see it. They go back to NY for ...
