... the cockpit watching the sun go down. Pleased to say David's dad is home again after another blood transfusion they have a consultants meeting on Wednesday when we will know what ourplans are going to be. Spoke to my mum as well which was lovely to hear her and catch up on her news, mum is always so busy which is great to hear and Sophie was popping around for a cuppa with her. After coming back from Rennes we enjoyed dinner in the cockpit. Just in front of where we are moored there's a bandstand and in the evening around 30 or so people were old fashioned dancing until the late hours. it was really lovely to watch as it was people of all ages.

... of days later... I seem to have broken ribs on one side! However, broken ribs are infinitely preferable to a broken wrist, for a musician. ... as it was too much bother carrying both that and the camera by the end of the day, I'll upload some once I'm home) we headed back into town to find a patisserie to get the obligatory baguette for dinner and cake for dessert (tarte tatin for me and a chocolate caramel tart for Jonathan) and started the long, long drive home.
