One of Jack’s friends, Carolyn, a local, was there for a while and she told us that the best snorkelling was not far away in a sheltered spot, so we made a plan to ...

... of it. I will be working on duplicating that recipe for sure.

My birthday dinner was the highlight of my entire trip. It was a candlelit dinner at Ivan's Bar at Catcha Falling Star Resort. The setting was so beautiful overlooking the water below the cliffs. As it got later in the evening the moon and the stars came out to glisten upon the water. The resort is tucked away behind the high gates ...

... I went to 7 mile beach for my first day and had a good time. The water is soooo clear here that it is unreal. I couldn't believe it. The beaches are lined with restaurants and bars and very crowded especially when you get into the resorts. I don't think any of the resorts are massive all inclusive s like I had in Montego, but I could be wrong. They didn't seem like really high 15 story hotels. When you ...
