... work commitments there's an element of necessity to this planning. A lot of the steering of our time with them was going to come from Sauli and Jenn…. and moreso Jenn. Jenn's obviously been wired like that, a born organizer! Peter and I wouldn't have had a hope of covering so much ground on our own in this foreign land and conditions. ... first day: Catch the train to our hotel, check in, catch a train to Versailles, tour Versailles and the Gardens, catch the train back to central Paris and meet up with Jerry and Jeannette for a 6 p.m. dinner, followed by a night cruise on the Seine and then arrive back to the hotel, hopefully, by midnight. When she says "hit the deck running", she isn't kidding! I guess we'll sleep when we get back home!
