    Woke up this morning to 22 degrees and clear. Yesterday it snowed on and off all day although it never did stick to the ground. Now we have officially reached the coldest weather we will probably see on our trip. Love our down comforters.

    Another beautiful day we are off to Yosemite there is a big fire so we see the smoke as getting. Closer it will be a long way from us and its a different fire to the one in the park this is on the other side we get views of it as we pass.     We awoke after a restful night sleep with our intrepid explorer feet itching. After some breakfast we headed for Cumberland Falls National Park. We started walking and it wasn't long before we heard the roaring of the waterfall. This was a beautiful sight and we took various routes to different viewing points where were even lucky enough to see a rainbow formed in the waterfall.

    We are at the Corbin KOA actually in Corbin, Kentucky. This is an overnight stay on our way to Derby week. A very rural area with lots of trees and hills. Corbin is also the birthplace of KFC.
